Come and join us in a beautiful retreat setting near the ocean of coastal Delaware.
This retreat is meant to provide deep nourishment during a busy holiday season. A perfect way to reset and recharge in between Christmas and New Years.
Held by the land and the waters, there will be an opportunity to connect with the elements, as well as connect with the self, and with other beautiful souls.
Regulating practices to embody more of our true essence and find clarity on our vision moving into the New Year.

Julie Silberman, RYT-200, LMT, Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner
Julie, a sound artist, lives a life full of ceremony and adventure. She values holistic health, music and sound healing and finds great benefit in healing the mind, body and soul through soothing sounds, vibrations and nervous system regulation. She is truly a ceremonial wellbeing facilitator in that each session is unique and intuitively guided. True sound artistry. Her vision is based on love, trust and the power within. Helping facilitate bringing us back into our flow, into the sweet essence of who we are.
