Join us as we journey through the Chakras, finding peace, harmony, and healing within a soulful infusion of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Maya Abdominal Massage, Yogic practices, Hot Springs exploration, and more. Our retreat journey will take us along the path of the chakras using these and other healing modalities, and the small group size of this retreat will allow personal 1-on-1 time with our facilitators to concretely advance your personal health goals and provide you with proven and actionable tools to help you transform your daily life into a medicine.
This retreat is ideal for someone looking to explore powerful and ancient avenues of healing in a gorgeous and relaxing mountain retreat setting. This is a small-group experience in a beautiful mountain community, Crestone, Colorado- home to more than 20 temples, spiritual centers/sacred sites of various global spiritual traditions, and world class natural beauty. Located in the iconic San Luis Valley (the widest alpine valley in the world) amid a backdrop of multiple 14,000+ foot mountains (“Fourteeners”), Crestone is an ideal place for inner and outer exploration. Famous for being one of only a handful of certified Dark Sky Communities in the United States, our journey will be nested within one of the most spectacular and overwhelmingly stunning settings on Earth, and- weather permitting- will allow stargazing that most have never experienced.

Individual Treatment:
These one-on-one sessions are fully focused on supporting YOU. If you wish to bring a specific
intention for your treatment or just to receive the benefit of a focused session. The acupuncturist will incorporate acupuncture, Arvigo maya abdominal massage techniques and Reiki to fully customize the session to bring you into balance.
Spirit Bath + Cacao Ceremony:
Following the maya traditions this ceremony follows the ancient
custom of creating and using plant baths to clear and cleanse the auric field. The intention of the
bath is just as powerful as creating the bath. We will each gather and create our own plant bath
working with local plants to embody the support from mother earth.

Julie Silberman, RYT-200, LMT, Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner
Julie, a sound artist, lives a life full of ceremony and adventure. She values holistic health, music and sound healing and finds great benefit in healing the mind, body and soul through soothing sounds, vibrations and nervous system regulation. She is truly a ceremonial wellbeing facilitator in that each session is unique and intuitively guided. True sound artistry. Her vision is based on love, trust and the power within. Helping facilitate bringing us back into our flow, into the sweet essence of who we are.

My life's passion is to support women throughout this journey of life and health. I have been an acupuncturist for over ten years and have dedicated my continual studies of acupuncture, herbalism, yoga teacher training, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal massage practitioner, Maizen facial rejuvenation certification, Usui Reiki master, and more. I follow a Japanese style of treatment philosophy called Esoteric Acupuncture which focuses on listening and working with the energy body in sacred geometric grids allowing the physical body connections to the energetic body to be fully supported and restored.
